Sewing at last!
I tried to put Elliott to bed so I could sew, but he wouldn't sleep.
I ended up playing Christmas music and holding him on my lap as I sewed. He liked it, so I am counting it as his first sewing lesson. Plus, we made such basic things, it really could have been a first sewing lesson: two linen dish towels and a drawstring bag (to help organize bathroom supplies).
