Stevens Pass, WA

We woke up early for snow sports at Stevens Pass, which is about an hour and a half from Seattle.

There wasn't a TON of snow, or anything, but there was enough. We had new walkie-talkies (fun!) so Adam could snow boarding and I could snow shoe around with Elliott in the front pouch. Unfortunately, but I ended up staying up until 2:30 am trying to finish making E a snow suit that I started earlier that evening. Not surprisingly, I didn't finish - but I did manage to make him a cute fleece bomber hat.
**Due to lack of sleep and warm baby clothes, Elliott and I spent most of the day snoozing and breastfeeding in a sleeping bag on a bench in the lodge like two ski bums! If I had had my camera, you would be looking at dozens of photos because we were so silly camping in the lodge and Elliott was so adorable. I did tell Adam to snap a few of Elliott on his camera before we left in the morning and when we came home, which you see here.

The hat is very adoreable. Just as you said. I love envisioning you camping out, lodge-sleeping bag style.
